   the only thing heat will do in this process is speed up the reaction. if you need 200 gallons a month make 200 gallons and take a month to make it. with no heat.
   ok, i have never made any at all, so next time i am at the lumber yard i will buy some methanol, the sodium hydroxide i can alreay have drano. or oven cleaner i will do the test.

   its great that you and your father are working together. you have a computer with Internet access. the fact that you asked such a question tells me you are not ready to do this. use the greatest tool
   in your home to answer every question you have. you computer.

   Also, if you mix 5% prewash water before you shut the pump off, the glyc will settle in 1 hour, you don’t have to wait 24 hours.

   you usually dont fill the entire tank with oil, because 20% of the volume will be added (methanol). this means that the upper heating element will just burn out

    get your self one of those metal drums use to fill the vegetable oil by the bulk open it up and place a fish tank water heater at the bottom, it will heat the oil to 120 to 130 degrees F, saving you the cost of a expensive water heater. however you’ll will have to convert the metal drum when it comes to the pumps and circulation, this requires plumber skill, if you know a plumber locally find out how much will it cost to make the adjustments. Or learn to do it yourself.

    solar panel is good at collecting energy not releasing a huge amount at a short period of time.

    interesting but a lot of time messing with chemicals and washing etc, an easier way is to run the vehicle on WVO and mix in a % of white spirit,splish splash job done….
